Real Estate Development Real Estate Investment Fund managed by the Fund Management Company the Emerald Hotel, the 16 flats to be used as the suites of the Hotel, 7 retail outlets to be constructed on the 11,117 m² property (the ‘Condominium’ or ‘Building’) described as ‘office building removed from agricultural operation’, the properties leased by Magyar Telekom Nyrt. as an independent property, as well as the fitness room to be established in the Condominium (‘Property’ or Properties’) registered by Budapest Government Office, XIV District Office under topographic lot number 24354/4, physically situated at 1052 Budapest, Városház utca 20. and 1052 Budapest, Petőfi Sándor utca 17. The properties will be registered by units as independent properties of the Condominium.
